I
have been busy again so there are no portrait sessions to post yet. Now
that the uni annual dinner is out of the way, Its gonna be a busy December
since the semester exam will start early January. Most of the
assignments that piled up over the last month have been completed but
there are still a couple more to go.
At the very least, the Christmas decorations are up :)
Some interesting cloud formation about two weeks ago. It doesn't occur too often in such a large scale around here and after a little research I found them to be called
Altocumulus clouds. These were taken at around noon and they slowly faded away a few hours later.
I haven't done any photo shoots recently and I'm dying to try out some new ideas :) In the meantime, I will just be posting photos of other subjects.
Selamat Hari Raya!

Here are some nice cloud photos that I took recently. I haven't gone on any photo shoots as well so there isn't much to update. My internet is busted and I'm posting this from starbucks :/
I went to Tanjung Aru with Bernard and my sister for a picnic. After we ate, we went to shoot some photos. We had to leave quickly after I got these shots though because it started to rain heavily.
Mahira brought me on a photo shoot last Monday with Nadine as the model. I went nuts when we got to the location :D It looked amazing and was a great change from the usual but it was too bad that we couldn't stay as long as we liked to. We went quite a way away from the theme but this has to be one of the best photo shoots to date, the only problem was that the sun was scorching hot.
Mahira and I took turns to hold up the reflector during the shoot. I was really psyched up about getting the blue sky in the background so we went higher up the rocky hill.
It was really bright on the day so it made it difficult to get consistent lighting on the photos. Big thanks to Nadine for going out in the sun for us and Mahira for bringing us to this place. I cant wait go back again.
It was a great day overall, totally worth the sunburn :)

Shot these last Saturday because I was really bored. We decided to shoot with a blue theme :D I used the DIY soft box I made and a Canon 430EXII on 1/4 power on camera right and a reflector beside Bernard.
Francis came back that day for the Chinese new year break after studying in for KL 6 months and 10 days. We went to see the Green Hornet in 3D today. It was a pretty cool movie with lots of funny scenes :P

This shot is of a ventilation contraption that was on a roof. I actually wanted a wider shot to include more sky but from where I was standing, it was impossible to get a proper frame for a shot like that.
