Here are some of my favourite photos from my day in Cambridge with the family. We had the best time there and I can't believe how beautiful the place is. It was my first experience punting on the river and learned some very interesting stories of the universities from our punter.

These are my favourite photos from my visit to the SPCA KK Cattery. I was there to take photos of the cats to post for adoption in the website. We had a fun time taking individual photos of the cats and one of them kept climbing up to my shoulder throughout the shoot. I think it likes me. haha.
They were all friendly and some of them were terrific models. I don't think the new photos are up yet but for more information about adopting cats or dogs from SPCA Kota Kinabalu

Here are some of my favourite photos from the Nikon model photo shoot at Warisan Square in conjunction with the opening of their new showroom. The photo shoot was a competition free for all photographers to join. The models provided for the event were dressed with a Casual, Cultural, and Beach theme on different sessions. It started on the 21st July (Thursday) and ended on the 24th July (Today). I did get photos of all the themes but this theme (Casual) will be the only one I'm going to post here.
I would like to note that I was really out of my element here shooting with an extremely large group of photographers clamoring for the model's attention, people accidentally knocking my lens and constantly blocking my view that I sometimes just stop to take a look at the nice equipment all the other photographers were using.
I prefer shooting with a very small group where there aren't too many distractions. I also felt incredibly rusty during the shoot because it has been a while since my previous shoot. This week has been one of the worst ever because all of the things I had to do were stacked so close to each other that I guess I could only thank god that everything is complete.
for now. (I still have a group presentation during class tomorrow).
This is where I usually go to for some inspiration. It always provides something different to shoot and it never takes too long to find something interesting. Although it is good to have diverse garden with many different species of plants, insects and bugs, having it right next to a sort of jungle presents problems because it attracts many wild and dangerous creatures like
cobras,
monitor lizards, scorpions and on occasion, a chicken from one of the houses above the hill.
I would love to write more but I am still extremely busy. There is so much left to do and I really need all the rest I can get.
This is Mahira in the photo. I shot this in the Elusion restaurant at the Courtyard Hotel on the same day as
this shoot. It is a really nice looking restaurant and the food was great. We were just checking out the restaurant as it seemed like a good place to hold our photography club annual dinner.
I have been busy again. I'm starting to think that people no longer believe me when I say this because I have been very slow with my assignment work and there has been a lot going on lately that I just feel too tired and simply unable to complete everything that I need to do on time. I hate short semesters.
Here
are some shots of what we had during our Father's Day dinner last month
at Brass Monkey. I can't exactly remember the name of the dish I
ordered but the food was great and the chocolate pudding with ice cream
dessert at the end of it was insanely delicious.
