These are some pre-wedding photos from a recent wedding assignment with Mahira and Ikhwan, shot at Masjid Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu, Likas. I would like to announce our group name, The Scene Republic, the logo and watermark is currently in the works.

These are a few photos from a wedding assignment a couple of weeks ago. Its always interesting to witness modern Chinese wedding rituals. The groom isn't allowed inside the house until certain acts are performed. In this instance, the groomsmen were asked to eat extremely spicy sandwiches and were then asked to drink a combination of unknown drinks.
One particular groomsman was asked to perform the gangnam style dance before the family decided to let the groom in. The tea ceremony followed afterwards and continued on to the groom's house. It was a great experience and I hope to capture more of these in the future.
Recent wedding events have rendered me a little too busy to find time to post anything. I hope to post some of those photos here soon. In the mean time, here's some photos from a short trip to the museum.
No, this isn't the glittering vampire you're looking for.
This was a theme we've been thinking about for a while. We shot this in an abandoned preschool and were lucky we didn't encounter anyone uhh... living there. We had fun during the shoot despite the heat emanating through the building.
