Futsal

This is a photo my sister took from a futsal match in January. She also recorded parts of the match on video.

The first video below is of me scoring a goal and the second one is of me lobbing the ball for Bernard to head in. The third video is of me almost scoring (the ball hit the post) =x

The videos also has a leave red effect. I'm starting to get the hang of video editing :D (Too bad the video lacks quality)

There hasn't been much going on recently. Except for PES 2010. I finally found a foolproof way to beat Brazil using Spain in professional mode. Own3d. Cant wait for the world cup.

I also can't wait to play futsal but my final exams are once again looming into view.

My neighbor, Francis is going off to NS today. I got home from breakfast just in time to take this photo. He says he's gonna come back looking like John Cena.

A Lack Of Color

Gah! I have been sick for the past couple of days and its getting annoying. This morning I had my English class group presentation. I'm happy with the team, we did pretty well, even though I sounded very nasal :p

Climb to Tivung Hill

The prayer group that I joined in CMI Church had organized their yearly climb up Tivung hill where we stopped by 13 crosses on the way up saying the prayers for each of them before reaching the peak of the hill where the largest cross was placed. There, the priest held a Eucharistic mass.

It was a really fun experience climbing the hill. Although I wasn't even close to being fit. I hadn't exercised much since my ankle got sprained.

Horseshoe Crab

I took this photo a while ago. It's the shell of a horseshoe crab that my uncle and cousin found while they went fishing.

The Street

The Unitar Photography Club held a photo shoot at the ruined building that is currently owned by the Sabah Art Gallery [I think]. The building was destroyed by a fire many years ago.

It was an awesome shoot and everyone had fun :D. I'm happy with the results, I rarely take photos in places like this so it was good experience for me.

The Dream

Finally after a whole week stressing about midterms and quizzes, missing out on the UPC photo shoot, I decided to go for a little photo shoot with my sister and my neighbor.

I decided to shoot against the sunlight. And no, a reflector was not needed for this. I love shooting under natural light. It was an incredible shoot, I was feeling very inspired especially since I haven't joined any for a long time.

Thanks to my sis and Bernard, you guys were amazing. :)

Progress

My midterms are finally over, and all that remains are my group assignments and a postponed quiz. Forgive me for bringing up the boring subject of the weather but the past couple of weeks have been horrible. I almost fell sick several times but luckily I didn't [which is rare, but i'm not complaining].

Today seemed to be the hottest day that I have experienced in a long time and the heat seemed to almost completely drain away my energy. The only good thing that seemed to happen recently is that my ankle is drastically improving. It's been feeling the same for so long and thank god my prayers have been answered. A week or two and It should be back to normal.

If you were wondering what the first picture is about, the dark round object on the leaf is actually a spider :) It caught my attention as it was moving through the air on a web and onto the leaf.
