This was actually an old idea that we decided to to test a few days ago. The lights used in this shot are just ordinary fluorescent lights. One of which was slightly modified to be shaped like a softbox.Of course the lights aren't as bright as those used in studios, so I had to compensate by using and exposure of f/4 and ISO 400. This really was just a test so I didn't expect it to turn out as good as it did :)
